Shwe Kone Thal application is developed and operated by MSH Team. This application is a gold trading service platform that allows users to buy, sell, and store gold assets through a controlled single-shop system. The platform is not an investment or financial profit guarantee system. Users must carefully review transaction information before performing any operation.
We may collect the following information only for core service operation:
Collected data is used for authentication, security protection, wallet management, and service operation only. We do not sell, rent, or share user personal data for advertising or third-party commercial purpose.
User data is stored in private backend servers hosted on VPS infrastructure. The hosting provider acts only as infrastructure service provider and does not access or control user personal data.
This application is a service platform for gold trading operation. It is not a financial investment product and does not provide profit interest, speculation trading, or guaranteed return system. Gold price displayed in application is reference service price and may be manually updated by authorized shop administrator.
Wallet withdrawal requests are processed through external payment services such as KBZPay , AYAPay, and etc transfer only. Users are responsible for verifying payment account information before sending money.
User communication feature is monitored to prevent fraud, spam, harassment, or illegal content. Platform administrator may restrict or suspend accounts that violate service rules.
All sensitive data transmission is protected using HTTPS encryption. Authentication credentials including PIN codes are stored using secure hashing technology.
This policy is designed to comply with application distribution requirements of Google Play Store platform.
By using Shwe Kone Thal application, you agree to follow all service rules and policy statements.
The application provides gold buy and sell service from a single authorized shop. Third-party trading marketplace is not supported.
Physical gold delivery is provided when minimum balance requirement is met. Delivery time may vary depending on operational and location conditions.

၁.၁ “Account” ဆိုသည်မှာ အသုံးပြုသူများအား Shwe Kone Thal တွင် ဝယ်ယူထားသော ရွှေများကို သိမ်းဆည်းထားနိုင်စေရန် Shwe Kone Thal မှ ပံ့ပိုးပေးသော အစီအစဉ်တစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။
၁.၂ “ကိုယ်စားလှယ်” ဆိုသည်မှာ Shwe Kone Thal ၏ ကိုယ်စား လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု တစ်စိတ်တစ်ဒေသကို Shwe Kone Thal နှင့် သဘောတူညီချက်ရယူကာ ဆောင်ရွက်သော ကြားခံဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးသူကို ဆိုလိုပါသည်။
၁.၃ “သဘောတူညီချက်” ဆိုသည်မှာ Shwe Kone Thal မှ ထုတ်ပြန်ထားသော အသုံးပြုသူစာရင်းသွင်းမှုပုံစံ အပါအဝင် ဤစည်းမျဉ်းနှင့် သတ်မှတ်ချက်များအားလုံးကို ဆိုလိုပါသည်။
၁.၄ “အလုပ်ဖွင့်ရက်” ဆိုသည်မှာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ စနေနေ့၊ တနင်္ဂနွေနေ့နှင့် အများပြည်သူ အလုပ်ပိတ်ရက်များကို မပါဝင်သောနေ့ရက်များကို ဆိုလိုပါသည်။
၁.၅ “Wallet Account” ဆိုသည်မှာ Shwe Kone Thal မှ ပံ့ပိုးပေးထားသော Digital Wallet Account ဖြစ်ပြီး အသုံးပြုသူများအား အီလက်ထရွန်နစ်စနစ်ဖြင့် ရွှေများ သိမ်းဆည်းခြင်းနှင့် လွှဲပြောင်းမှုများ ပြုလုပ်နိုင်စေရန် ရည်ရွယ်ထားသော Account ဖြစ်သည်။
၁.၆ “အခကြေးငွေ” ဆိုသည်မှာ Shwe Kone Thal မှ ပေးအပ်သော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ အသုံးပြုရာတွင် ကောက်ခံသည့် အခကြေးငွေအားလုံးကို ဆိုလိုပါသည်။
၁.၇ “Shwe Kone Thal” ဆိုသည်မှာ လက်ရှိ Shwe Kone Thal Mobile Application နှင့် အနာဂတ်တွင် ပံ့ပိုးပေးမည့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများအားလုံးကို ဆိုလိုပါသည်။
၁၊၈။ "KYC" ဆိုသည်မှာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော် ဗဟိုဘဏ် နှင့်/သို့ အခြား အခွင့်အာဏာပိုင်များမှ အချိန်နှင့်တစ်ပြေးညီ ထုတ်ပြန်သော “အသုံးပြုသူ၏ ဖောက်သည်ကို သိပါ” ဟူသော မှတ်ပုံတင်ရန် လိုအပ်ချက်များကို ဆိုလိုသည်။
၁၊၉။ "ရွှေ” ဆိုသည်မှာ အကယ်ဒမီ အမှတ်တံဆိပ် ဓာတ်သတ္ထုရွှေ နှင့် အရည်အသွေးထပ်တူညီသော ရွှေကို ဆိုလိုသည်။
၁၊၁၀။ "ရွှေဈေးနှုန်း” ဆိုသည်မှာ ဓာတ်သတ္ထုရွှေ ရည်ညွှန်းဈေး သတ်မှတ်ရေး ကော်မတီမှ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော ရည်ညွှန်းဈေးကို Shwe Kone Thal Application ၏ ဝန်ဆောင်ခထပ်ပေါင်းဖော်ပြခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။

၁၊၁၂။ "အသုံးပြုသူ သို့မဟုတ် Customer" ဆိုသည်မှာ Shwe Kone Thal Mobile Application ကို အသုံးပြုသည့် သုံးစွဲသူများကို ဆိုလိုပါသည်။

၂။ 'သင့်အကောင့်ကို ဖျက်သိမ်းရန်' ကိုနှိပ်ပြီး 'သေချာပါသည်။' ကိုနှိပ်ပေးပါ။
၃။ သင့်ရဲ့ Password ကိုရိုက်ထည့်ပြီး 'ဖျက်သိမ်းမည်' ကိုနှိပ်လိုက်ပါက သင့်အကောင့် လုံးဝမရှိတော့ပါ။
